It is possible to insert the rolling forecasts for many months ahead. You are free to change the forecasts (quantities and products) as you wish until the 7th of the month before the month of required delivery (so for example until the 7th of January for delivery in the month of February). General Topics asks for your kind collaboration to insert forecasts at least 3 months in advance.

Starting from the first of January 2019, General Topics will apply new rules regarding the conformation date of the order. For the order of February 2019 the forecast present in the system will be automatically confirmed to be an order by the system on the 7th of the month. And from then on it continues this way, so on the 7th of February for March order, on the 7th of March for April order and so on. This is to be better able to guarantee delivery in the month for which you placed the order.

When you confirm the order on the platform, you automatically confirm to accept General Topics' conditions. And we remind you that the confirmed order has legal value.
